Lime tree honey from family beekeeping Kojek adds a gentle linden aroma and sweetens to the beer, which conceals a higher level of alcohol.
We recommend it for all seasons, summer and wintter.
Tilia Cordata – linden, or. small-leaved lime tree. An autochthonous Slovenian tree that can be found practically everywhere in slovenia, especially in our forests.
Linden is also present everywhere in our beer. We habe added linden flowers and linden honey while boiling. We did the same in the secondary fermentation, where we also added linden flowers and honey.
